As part of their framework agreement with West Sussex County Council, Foreman Roberts are undertaking the full MEP design, including specialist lighting, fire and lift consultancy, of the flagship project for the council. This involves the refurbishment and upgrade of the live and operational library in Worthing. In order to maintain a full service, the library is being partially decanted to an adjacent building.
