Set over 35 floors containing 300 guest rooms, 37 serviced apartments & 158 luxury flats. The key to the success of this project was the integration of the building services with the architects aspirations for a high quality interior design. High on the agenda was minimising energy consumption given the large proportion of glazed facade.
