8 storey office & single storey retail, designed to achieve 23% carbon savings compared to Building Regs by using open loop borehole cooling combined with high efficiency heat pump cooling. The building also incorporates PV arrays & solar hot water heating to achieve 7% renewable energy capability. 3D modelling was utilised to ensure a high level of services co-ordination.
