A well established existing hotel, located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, we were commissioned to design and supervise the MEPH services for new leisure and changing facilities, two new tennis courts, beach front area, one floor of guest bedrooms and the executive office accommodation as part of an ongoing refurbishment programme.
