The Royal Exchange is one of Manchester’s landmark buildings comprising a three level speciality shopping mall, theatre and six floors of offices. Foreman Roberts was responsible for the phased refurbishment of the offices to full specification standards together with the replacement of the mechanical and electrical building services infrastructure throughout.
