Foreman Roberts were appointed to design and manage the provision of new lighting to the building. . The client brief was simply to save energy, reduce maintenance and enhance the building by use of artificial light. The new lighting installation comprises latest energy efficient LED luminaire’s with an intelligent lighting control system using presence, absence and daylight harvesting all of which have contributed to a significant energy saving and reduced maintenance.. The new luminaires and system are designed to compliment the existing building and minimise visual intrusion whilst being efficient to install using existing cable highway systems.
