Project Duo comprises 4 buildings totalling 200,000ft² and 1000 space multi-storey car park, developed by SEGRO. The buildings were designed by Nicholas Hare Architects. Foreman Roberts carried out the detailed design of MEP services in conjunction with Skanska Rashliegh Weatherfoil & Carillion.

The project was Highly Commended at the 2010 UK Commercial Property Architecture Award (Office)
