Revitalising the retail and leisure offer in the heart of Oldham, this scheme provide 8 new restaurants and a multiplex cinema.  The historic Grade 2 listed Town Hall is brought back to life with a new full height glass atrium, whilst ensuring the internal and external heritage architecture is preserved.
