Retirement village set over 134,000 ft² containing 150 units. The design intent was to create a specification and interior that has the services of a 5 star hotel. The use of the latest Autocad MEP design software was used to produce both 2D & 3D services design drawings. 3D design, in particular, was used to prepare MEPH services distribution layout drawings and to demonstrate multi-service co-ordination and spatial fit in tighter, more constrained areas of the buildings.
