Office fitout of 5,200m² of Grade A office space with high levels of interior finishing, to serve as the new headquarters of Mubadala Petroleum. The project is located in Sowwah Square, a flagship 450,000m² office, retail and hotel development that forms the commercial center of Al Maryah Island. Sowwah Square is the first integrated development in Abu Dhabi to achieve LEED Core and Shell (LEED-CS) Gold pre-certification.
