A 22 million ft² mixed-use development stretching along the 1.75km waterfront. The development is home to over 30,000 residents, 20 hotels and over 770,000 ft² of retail premises. Hotels include Movenpick, Westin, Hilton, Oasis Beach, Sofitel, Ramada & Sheraton. Our works included infrastructure design and MEPH concept design for 15 towers.
