This luxury hotel and resort located in Astana in Kazakhstan comprises 160 guestrooms complete with associated public and ancillary spaces; back of house and parking facilities. The front of house areas comprise, spa and wellbeing centre, conferencing and meeting room space and several restaurants and cafes. There are also 50 private residences at approximately 200 – 250m² each. Our works included detailed design of MEPH services.
