New state-of-the-art laboratory complex comprising four inter-linked buildings, developed in two construction phases, totalling almost 18,000 sqm. and located in the historic heart of the University in central Oxford.
Foreman Roberts were responsible for the design of mechanical and electrical services for a new teaching and research building, incorporating laboratories, teaching spaces, and communal areas over two basement levels, ground floor and three floors above ground. The project incorporated PV cells within the roof light, and rain water harvesting systems.
