COUNTY SQUARE, ASHFORD

An extension to the existing centre that doubled the centres size to 40,000m². The extension includes a Debenhams store across four floors, a two storey shopping mall and two basement levels of car parking. Innovative design lead to savings by utilising a single smoke exhaust system for the malls and basement car park.
