This innovative building was subject of considerable debate at a BRE low energy conference in London. Foreman Roberts designed the services for this 14,000m² purpose built HQ building. Key features included, thermal mass, free air cooling and daylighting, a mixed mode approach, with underfloor air supply and considerable façade engineering.
