The Role:

The role is to support the office Director with the delivery of and leading the mechanical aspect of projects, with career progression to managing projects.

Key Elements:

  • Responsible for leading projects (leading the design of mechanical services as a minimum).

  • Company representative at client facing and technical meetings.

  • Explain and present technical matters and solutions to internal and external project teams and clients.

  • Technical specification writing.

  • Attend and present own discipline’s design at project design reviews and able to constructively criticise designs of others, giving solutions where issues are perceived.

  • Review Company products within own discipline on projects for compliance with quality system requirements and Client brief.

  • Management of internal project teams to meet quality and time deadlines.

  • Navigation of BIM models using Navisworks software.

  • Good report writing skills.
