The Role:
The role is to support the office Director with the delivery of and leading the mechanical aspect of projects, with career progression to managing projects.

Responsible for leading projects (leading the design of mechanical services as a minimum).

Company representative at client facing and technical meetings.

Explain and present technical matters and solutions to internal and external project teams and clients.

Technical specification writing.
-
Attend and present own discipline’s design at project design reviews and able to constructively criticise designs of others, giving solutions where issues are perceived.

Review Company products within own discipline on projects for compliance with quality system requirements and Client brief.

Management of internal project teams to meet quality and time deadlines.

Navigation of BIM models using Navisworks software.

Good report writing skills.
