New London Data Centre Project Won

A new Colocation Data Centre located in West London for a leading data centre owner/operator. Foreman Roberts undertook a technical review of the proposed MEP design for this new data centre followed by development of the detailed design for the MEP services. The data centre is to be created from a newly constructed, ‘repurposed’ distribution warehouse near London’s Heathrow airport.  The new data centre will provide a total 13.32MW of IT power across 4,722m2 of data hall space on three levels, comprising 6 Data Halls of 787sqm each, with each Data Hall capable of supporting an IT load of 2,220kW. In addition to this, there are associated internal and external plant rooms together with associated office / administration spaces.
